Triggered so hard, must've heard this about 20-30 times over that call.

Why be triggered? They're trying to help you.

"They say they attempted delivery and that is obviously a lie as I've been here all day and there is no notice on my front door."
"Okay sir, that is unfortunate and I apologize for that. So it says a delivery was attempted, did you check the front door for a sticker notification?"
".. Yes, there is no sticker."

"This has happened before, can you call the post office to sort this out?"
"Okay sir, that is unfortunate and I apologize for that. You will have to wait 2 days and if you don't receive it by then, you will be eligible for a refund."
"Okay, but I don't want a refund, I want my package. Could you call the post office and have them actually attempt to deliver the package?"
[5s Pause]
"Sir, you will have to wait 2 days and if you don't receive it by then, you will be eligible for a refund."

The kicker is this package never needs a signature, most of the time it's just left on my front door and I come across it by chance because they never ring the doorbell.
