Topic	What the hell happened to Amazon's customer service?

A friend of mine got a free TV because something was wrong with his order (non-TV), and they refunded the entire thing. He mentioned nothing was wrong with the TV and they told him to just enjoy the free TV. Whenever my local post office would screw up and lie and say they attempted delivery, I would call Amazon and not only would they call the post office and get that sorted ASAP, they would usually credit me something for my trouble. I call them today because my post office is pulling that fake attempted delivery BS and I'm getting someone who can barely understand English, having me verify my address literally 4 times in a row, having me manually read off my million number long order number (apparently they don't have my info on hand anymore); and in the end the solution given to me was to just wait 2 more days and hope for the best.
