So i just wanna know...how can I discuss race relations in America without offending white people?
If the idea that "when most people think of your standard American, they're thinking of white people" and "a large group of white Americans feel blacks, by in large, aren't very patriotic" equates to me hating white people, then we really can't discuss this in mixed company
But when black people want to have black discussion groups, we're still accused of racism
This is what trolls and racists do. They yell about how discussing it is a problem and say it means that you hate white people or America.
The first step, is recognizing that there's no right to not be offended.
