Its called a burn out set or doing reps to failure. Plenty of people do low weight sets to failure.

Please stop talking about weight lifting if you obviously do not lift weights.

Lol. I lift. Just don't do asinine shit like lift baby weight for a lot of reps like a fucking soccer mom. Based on how much you're defending this shitty lifting style I definitely know I could outlift you.


People go high weight low reps to build strength.
People go low weight high reps to build size/muscle.

The most Ive done is 260 but I havent done strength training in years. I honestly havent worked out in months. If you cant out lift me then youre not very strong.
