Topic	Building my first PC. Someone said I can get a good one for $400.

So since Black Friday is coming up and all that, I figured now is the best time to find deals. I know I can go to PC Parts Picker .com and choose what I want, but I don't know where to start or what I'm looking for. I want to play games on high settings (whatever that means).
