16 y/o Kellie Burkhart, a student from Tennessee has left her 4 y/o neighbor TERRIFIED after she unknowingly gave her night terrors because she left this cut out propped up against her bedroom window!!

Kellie said that her neighbor sent her a facebook message to her father complaining about what was there and said "I'm tired of being scared of whatever is in your kid's creepy window"

The haunting image is completely visible at night when the light is turned on in her room which makes the image even creepier..Kellie wrote "So the neighbor just sent my dad a message on Facebook"..

Some people were amused by it after finding out what it exactly was and wrote tons of memes..

Kellie said she isn't sure how long it's been bothering the neighbors but has since closed the blinds to appease the neighbors...but she couldn't resist the joke as she loves the cut out so much..
