Every human on the planet consumes their own saliva all the time. Saliva is an animal product. Saliva would at best be an animal by-product, but I'm afraid it fails there. The blood that went down my throat in a nosebleed would come closer to qualifying. It's about not consuming another animal's flesh, the things their bodies produce, or parts of another animal in any products. So far done that just fine. --- Never write off the Doctor! ...
