Balance - Games should be decided by skill, not character/loadout selection Community - The people you play with can make or break a game Content - There needs to be steady supply of new maps and challenges Gameplay - It's actually got to be a fun game to play Netcode - Too much lag can ruin the entire experience You could say balance just because you need a balance of all these things for an online game to be good.
