Is it just the themed dungeons? You'll need Memory Crystal IIs to break the 65 level cap. You can get mostly character-specific ones from the events, though I think most may include a generic as one of the rewards? Anyway the generic ones you'll need to go into The Annex, right under the Cid's Missions on the home page.
