It's gonna be a long time before stuff like Cloud and Bartz USBs become obsolete and even some bursts like Raines and Squall BSB2 are still major DPS. Heck Raines BSB somehow gets better with time since he got a dualcast legend materia and Garland's chain makes his DPS so strong even holy/dark resistant bosses get torn to shreds.
