Any goal you set should follow the SMART criteria, imo :p Reasonable, non-crash dieting nets about -1 lb a week, with most people losing about 5 lbs their first week as they tend to cut out carbs/sodium which means less retained water. So you're looking at ~3 months for the first milestone. Meal timing means almost nothing, btw. Find a feeding schedule that works well for you and run with it. A lot of the nutrition science that says "eating before you sleep is bad" is doing so without accounting for caloric intake. Of course people who eat an extra meal a day are going to be heavier than those that don't. --- Remember that I won't rest, 'til we share the same tense Just know, to me, you're better late than never again. ...
