It's not about the weight. You can cut fat and add muscle and still be the same weight and you'd be good.

I wouldn't focus on losing weight. Lift weights and you will lose fat and build muscle. You may drop pounds or be the same but you'll look and feel better.

If you really want to just lose weight I'd set the goal at like 5-10 pounds. ~185-190 is a good weight at your height.


I guess 185 should be my first goal. Or maybe I should set "realistic" goals.

I wonder how much time it would take to lose 10 lbs.

I tend to eat before going to sleep. I guess I should stop doing that.

I am trying to cut on the junk food too.
