At least 15 lbs, imo.

You've got good potential. Just do it slow and steady and you'll be amazed what happens if you stick with it.

What's your height, btw?

5'11 (180cm)

need to drop down to around 165-170lbs see some abs for your height. I'm 5'10, weighed in at 190lb at the beginning of the year. Dropped down to 160lb now and also gained a lot more muscle mass. I look a lot more ripped and never thought it would possible to see an actual cut up 6 pack.

Whatever "regular" workout you're doing now, stop it and look into some well respected lifting programs like 5/3/1 + BBB, 5x5, etc.. Also a big part of dieting is simply cutting a lot of calories you're intaking. Obviously eat healthier by cutting out junk food, sweets, soda, snacks and eating more whole foods, fruit, veggies, lean meats, lots or protien. But most people, in general, consume wayyyyyy more than they need too, especially if they aren't bodybuilders. The average non lifter would be at a healthy height-weight ratio if they ate at around a 2,000 calorie diet per day. Losing weight is simply just math, intake fewer calories than you're burning consistently.

Well.... I am not sure dropping to 170lbs would look good, we used to see my abs at 180 lbs.

Take notes that my legs are pretty big.
