Stuff like Magicite and torments are more of what the power creep is focusing on. *5 motes and Legend Materia are also really helpful to have these days for higher end stuff. And yeah Wall is really essential these days, especially for Magicite due to the bosses being 80% resistant to breaks (through you only can use Wall as a RW in Magicite before you unlock the other soul break so you don't have to worry about bringing Tyro to them) Having good medicas soul breaks also helps a lot, there's a lucky draw on the 30 anniversary soon that guarantees a *5 white magic user Burst or USB. --- http://i.imgur.com/dNrNa5B.gifv LOL!!!!
