Because here in California, if you stay at a place longer then a month your considered a resident. I am jsut saying, 2 months is a long time and if she wants too, she can fight you on not moving out. Had that happen to my moms house before. luckily the dude and his crazy girlfriend went peacefully cause i offered them 3 days at a motel. I don't know the lady and she could be in a bad situation. Just saying you should take into account more stuff then just comfortability, especially if she is gonna pay a portion of the rent. Is she gonna willingly leave in 2 months? personally I tried that once and i would never do it again unless i really knew the person. Make sure he knows her well and isn't doing it out of a kindness impulse.
