They have footage from three different cameras, and none of them show a silver revolver being planted in the victim's vehicle. If, between the three cameras, they couldn't see a fairly large silver revolver being planted in the vehicle, it seems to be pretty open and shut. I mean, it sucks, but you have to be able to prove that he did what he did.
