The media will over sensationalize anything, regardless of what it actually is, or how good or bad it actually is.

This is the core truth that gets lost in Limbaugh firehosing.

Media coverage only really needs to be:
"There's a hurricane coming - head for the hills."
"Hurricane is still coming - why haven't you left yet?"
"Hurricane's here - you're fucked now!"
"Hurricane's gone."

Instead, there seems to be some compulsive need to send a van down and have a guy stand on the street in the middle of the hurricane, then point cameras at all the dumbasses who didn't flee.
