Yes. Those are fighting words. It's contextual, but definitely. Racially targeted, connected with a long documented history of racial violence, by its nature it dehumanizes and insults the recipient.

Fighting Words. Words which would likely make the person whom they are addressed commit an act of violence. Fighting words are a category of speech that is unprotected by the First Amendment


it literally is no longer "freedom of speech but not freedom of consequences"
