The Keys are still getting rocked and we'll see how badly central FL gets it. Also odd to see a storm considered a "flop" if it doesn't result in dilapidation >__> that's a good thing. From a media hype standpoint, it flopped. But yeah. I'd only classify 2 as being lucky. The weakening of the storm was expected.
