| JetJaguar 09/09/17 8:15:30 AM #456: | Killing somebody can absolutely be a means of protecting and serving other innocent bystanders. Deadly physical force is a last resort, but in some scenarios its the only option. We don't shoot to kill however. That's why the protocol of every major police department is to handcuff the guy after the threat is subdued (because as ridiculous as it seems in some instances the person is still under arrest for whatever actions necessitated the shooting until a medical professional can pronounce him; plus since we're subduing and not executing people like the media would have you believe, their still a potential threat until cuffed) and to provide immediate medical attention. --- TimJab - Your 2017 User of the Year! ...
