Guess you missed my edit, but that wouldn't be an issue if her mother -- the same mother who inconvenienced her by illegally moving to the US in the first place -- had fucking done the paperwork. If you're a kid and you're getting evicted because your parents forgot to pay the bills, it's not the fucking bank's fault. Likewise, if your parent illegally moved you here and then stupidly chose to not pursue citizenship, that's on them. Seems excessive considering DACA was supposed to protect against the consequences.
