| foolm0r0n 09/04/17 8:19:08 PM #18: | Yeah I would say fluency is being able to think in a language so you communicate your idea accurately, so even if you don't know exactly how to say something you know other ways around it and can keep flowing. A big step up from just being able to hold a conversation, where you can say broken sentences and translate from English and such and still get the gist across. --- _foolmo_ 2 + 2 = 4 ...
