Like say I have interest in a player who's expiring, at what point would the trade be considered an official offer? Like if a team agrees to a trade right now, would it be binding at that point or would it wait until the user has officially re-signed the player? At what point can the user back out if they turn out to be able to get the player for cheaper than they expected or some other reason changes their mind? --- I'm a greener egg than the eggs from dr. seuss ...
