pretty sure they fixed all of those things and repetitive is subjective, all games are repetitive

The beta for Destiny 1 was like 20% of the entire game and people finished that in like a day or two.
Really, there was some average PvP and one raid for end game content at launch. I got fully geared with casual play in like, a month, maybe.
And then they released several expansions, essentially making the game cost $120 for people who bought it at launch to get the amount of content reasonably expected from a $60 AAA title.
People who waited got the full game with expansions for $60.
Destiny 1 at launch was an early access title, except it didn't give me access to the regular game's content down the line. It wanted me to buy in again. Fuck that business practice a million times over. I don't even care if Destiny 2 improved a lot from 1. Won't buy it.
