My reason for ruling out the tank being, my mom visited last week and she thought the tank was leaking and blamed the bidet (Which was removed to test it), but it's not even wet underneath the tank. With that ruled out, I'm not exactly a handyman around the house.. So, how much of a pain in the ass will this all be/cost?
