Topic	Trump to donate $1 Million of his own money to Harvey relief.

He isn't punching anyone in the face or kicking anyone, literally or figuratively. You could make the argument that he isn't doing enough to help stop nature from doing that, though. Regarding the donation, Trump's amount isn't proportionate to what he can give, but it does not change the fact that one million dollars is still a lot of money, moreso than what most people will part with.
