Just use friends and then say screw it to buying anything outside of Rare Tickets, Star Quartz, and non-exclusive important equipment. I don't have the money for Cactuars or Ability Awakenings anyways. 90% of my energy for the last 3 days has been going to Vortex of Experience, leveling FP units and selling them, just so I can keep up with Expedition costs.
