I mean, it's still early in the polling and I don't expect there to be any major uptick in voting for FIFA, but sports titles are basically annual retreads. They don't hold that same allure of being a distinctly new experience. Even sequels like Destiny 2 hold the promise of expanding the story and tweaking the gameplay and progression mechanics. FIFA is just more of the same, with maybe some minor tweaks or an added mode that will always take a backseat to the core game, and roster updates. Even devout fans know this, so they're likely less inclined to be "excited" given they know exactly what they're getting.
