Are you suggesting that combative measures would certainly ensure that this hurricane wouldn't have happened? If so, you may need to review the science yourself. And for what it's worth, this hurricane should absolutely not change anyone's mind about climate change. If you didn't believe in it in the first place, then a natural disaster should not be taken as evidence that you were wrong. I could make the same argument about a wrathful god sending the hurricane because people in Texas were wrong about religion and I'd rightly be called out as a moron. Stop begging the question.
