Yes, except for leaders of terrorist groups, criminal organizations, etc. The death penalty is a barbaric practice with no place in civilized society *except* when applied to people who pose a continued risk even when imprisoned (El Chapo, for instance, who was repeatedly imprisoned only to escape) Full Throttle posted...
