This should get thrown out pretty quickly, as it's a clear violation of basic constitutional rights.

This makes sense. It specifically refers to caregivers of patients, and "knowingly" would need to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt, so this would only be enforceable against anyone that was being overtly bigoted


The law itself is bigoted, basically saying believe a certain way or else. And since it comes with fines and jail time, it is definitively fascist in principle. People are free to live how they want, and if a company doesn't want to hire someone who won't follow their policies, they don't have to. But applying a legal punishment to someone for living peacefully according to their beliefs is wrong.
