Same with Lucio, in that they nerfed the range and increased damage, because he wasn't engaging, and now he needs more skill to use. I don't know what to tell you on Mercy. It's an ultimate. That's kind of the point. You should probably be healing, but if nobody needs healing while you use it, then may as well have something that makes it worthwhile and not a waste. And tanking is exactly what Roadhog's job is now, and his new mobility makes him look pretty damn effective.
