My father is older now than his father ever was, but he had a mild heart attack and needed surgery to prevent future incidents at around the same age my grandfather died. My grandmother OTOH refuses to die, got swine flu and kicked it, got pneumonia and kicked it, just fucking unbelievable. My Mother's side of the family is full of elderly people who simply refuse to die.
