Sounds a lot like depression. however, you could be really bored, and getting stuck in your routine. That can feel like depression--and can contribute to a depressed state. The best thing to do is take some time for yourself to take care of yourself, and do what you can to try new things. get out. Talk with people face to face. go eat something really tasty. Find a cool park to walk in. Anything out of the norm that seems appealing, go for it.

I got into an awful funk this week where it was a real low. and had similar feelings about my partner. In my case i'm just pretty sure that he's not who I really want to be with and I'm going to have to break it off. Hurrf. Either way I am in no state to be a good partner for anyone.

now I'm planning and working towards doing something new--checking out a new country and meeting friends.
