| helly 08/09/17 3:52:01 PM #48: | yeah, so did i, and the control panel came back. whatever version of windows i was on must have been broken or something. however, my actual PC is on the insider program, got an update for it today, and it doesn't have the control panel now. so idfk what's going on --- killin' darth vader with my mother****in' kick drum ...
