Honestly, best bet whenever traveling or staying at someone else's home, is to bring ear muffs (not plugs), they have soft fluffy ones that block out 95% of noise and are comfy (like sleeping on a soft pillow), for cheap on amazon.

They can even be useful in your own home if you live with others, have garbage pickup, have water near you (Boats etc). They also keep spiders out of your ears (yep, spiders like ears...sorry but it's true).

There are also very comfy, cool, eye compress/covers you can use to reduce the light, and help with headaches. Some are just soft satin like, others have a gel pack so you can put em in the fridge/freezer (helps with migranes).

There are solutions for everything today, and cheap ones too. Even if your under 18 and barely have any money you can afford $5 for peace of mind/sleep etc (or you can get your parents to buy them, cause yeah, just tell them about the sitch and i'm sure they would get it for you).
