I just become very wordy in case people do not understand all or any of what goes with the business side of the NFL. I end up doing 95+% of the work, and I fully explain everything and give plenty of time when users are asked to do stuff for their teams. I even give people the option to have me temporarily take over their team in case they go on vacation or you hit a busy stretch in your life.
