Perhaps the best pizza I've had was at some steakhouse down in Ridgefield, though, although since I've only had it twice I might be remembering it more favorably. Golden Road posted... There's one bad local place here that I swear is only still open because it's been around for decades, and people here are just "used" to going there. There was one place even worse that was open for about a year before it closed. The best place within five miles of me is chain pizza. Don't get me wrong, I've definitely had pizza from non-local local places that have been outstanding. It's very much not a guarantee, though. This, tbh.
