Papa bless.

I guarantee you there is a local pizza joint near everyone that sells infinitely better pizza than any of those shit tier pizza hell holes.

idk, I like the chains as much as my best locals and I've been to some of the best-rated places in the state. Perhaps the best pizza I've had was at some steakhouse down in Ridgefield, though, although since I've only had it twice I might be remembering it more favorably.

Local > all, but out of those, pizza hut

It surprises me how few people have ever had terrible local pizza. There's one bad local place here that I swear is only still open because it's been around for decades, and people here are just "used" to going there. There was one place even worse that was open for about a year before it closed. The best place within five miles of me is chain pizza.

Don't get me wrong, I've definitely had pizza from non-local local places that have been outstanding. It's very much not a guarantee, though.

This, tbh. There have been one or two local pizza places which may have given me food poisoning.

If I still lived near a Pizza Hut with a buffet I'd probably pick that. Gotta go with Little Caesar's, Papa John's is too inconsistent with their sauce. Domino's would have to pay me and I'll block phone numbers of anyone that attempts to get me in a Cici's.

tbh, I can relate. I think the last Pizza Hut remotely close to me shut down. Now I'd need to drive to fucking Bridgeport or further east for one.
