I'm no relation to that person, but this is definitely my real account, and I can say you have low standards for awesomeness if you actually thought that speech was awesome. And not the good kind of low standards for awesomeness, where you get to have more fun and have your days filled with wonder because you don't have stringent standards for entertainment. The bad kind of low standards, where you put no thought into how harmful something is and instead base your opinion entirely off of superficial showmanship.
That speech reminds me of volunteering at a Senior home. Ask one question and get a meandering talk about all these things that have happened with no relevance to matters at hand. It was nice to listen to the seniors, they were happy to talk, but the incoherent nature of their stories was not awesome by any stretch.
