| Kana 07/26/17 7:42:24 AM #1: | Lately I've just had very little to no taste for meat at all, and there are a lot of high-quality alternatives to things like dairy products and eggs these days. There's never been an easier time to do it. I think the biggest challenge would be adopting more veggies, I have never been wild about those, but I'm sure I could learn. I think I may start with just heavily reducing my use of animal products, which I've kind of already been doing anyway. Just replacing dairy products and eggs alone is incredibly easy nowadays. And plus I really don't eat beef anymore, and that probably does more damage than any other meat product. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
