The first was when I had morning sickness and the 3rd was tiredness, feeling like a whale and indigestion. ^ pretty much this, except I'm a guy and only had to cope with my wife's discomfort. First trimester is morning sickness and some worry that it's a viable pregnancy, third trimester is a lot of discomfort and even pain.
