What's the name of it? Refractive amblyopia. It's often called "lazy eye", but the form of it that most people think of is strabismus amblyopia (that's the one that gives you the bugged-out eye). Basically, my left eye just literally doesn't send as much visual information to my brain as my right eye does. If I cover my right eye, I can't see anything at all past blurry shapes.
