| Topic | Mad Max is a heckuva good game. |

I know the point was the over-the-top impressive action, but that isn't enough for me by itself. I like action to have a purpose (as an example, think of Die Hard). Is the game like this as well? The game doesn't follow the movie exactly, although it does tie into it. I wouldn't call the game's story it's strong point, at all. The biggest draw (for me, anyway) was the car combat. It's awesome. Especially when your rig is fully upgraded. You can ram, shoot out tires, use a harpoon to pull a door off, reload the harpoon and pull the driver out... there's a lot of ways to approach car combat.
