Like, my one friend was absolutely miserable when he was with his girlfriend... and I don't even know why they got together in the first place. I think he just liked the attention she initially gave him. But I've never seen two people so incompatible for each other lol. And for whatever reason they stayed together for three years until she cheated on him lol. I think part of the reason he stayed with her was because he didn't want to not be in a relationship. Another thing was she has aspergers and I think he didn't want to be seen as a pariah for dumping her (and I'm betting he didn't know that when they first started talking >_>) And my other friend and his gf get along just fine, and their relationship definitely works... but it's not the kind I would want. The girl is nice enough but she just seems passionless. Like if my friend and I and our group want to see a movie (something geeky like a comic movie or Star Wars... or really any movie in general) she'll either not go or won't enjoy it. --- These pretzels are making me thirsty! ...
