Hence the term "white whisky" as in unaged. I'm sure you knew that and the "info" wasn't directed at you, just using you as a springboard.

while we are having this discussion I'm on my second absinthe- combier distillery, espririt eduourd- spelling is off I'm sure I don't speak French so I won't pretend to spell it properly. 3rd drink of the night though. 72% alc. you don't drink this to get drunk though. Costs too much. You drink it to enjoy it.

The issue w the car parts and such comes fro unregulated moonshine. I would imagine same goes for any unregulated distillery.


You really want something different and have a bit of money (not an insane amount) burning a hole in your pocket- check out a good mezcal of the pechuga or conejo variety. The alcohol sits w a turkey or rabbit breast suspended over it as they believe the spices scent or whatever affects the alcohol. I can say both taste diff than other.

Of course I'm extremely skeptical of the deal maguey brand since they were bought out by the same company that makes absolute. So I'm waiting for them to swap out their actual agave plants and make it w shoe leather....
