Most of this board stares at screens for over 7 hours a day. Given that most of my workday is spend in front of a computer (which is true of most people working white collar jobs, as well as some pink collars) and then I go home where I spend a lot of time sitting in front of a computer, that's also true of me yet my vision is fine.
