Work life balance is something that will hopefully be promoted in the future and actually implemented, Companies always promote it yet almost always never live up to it once hired But if you are getting paid more money to do it she seems like she is giving you an opportunity --- Drunk people run stop signs, high people wait for them to turn green ...
