I don't think anybody ever actually shit on those characters They shit on the concept of giving Shadow, an already edgy villain, guns for no real reason other than MAXIMUM EDGE The concept of edgy villains itself was never a problem In fairness nobody is really a fan of Mephiles and Black Doom.
