Figured if I am going to spend that much I might as well get a mortgage, so I bought my current house. wtf that house must've been decently priced since minimum mortgage payments here are at least $1000, and that's being generous I usually see $1800+ when reviewing mortgage files in MA Yeah, it's insane how much it varies. An attached townhouse here is around $600k...
