Topic	Do you think powerade, gatorade is better for you than soda?

Throw some ice cubes in it and it pretty much is indistinguishable from soda in my eyes. Water doesn't hydrate much if you don't have the electrolytes in your system though. There's a reason why we(Combat Medics) gave out hydration salts to severely dehydrated patients.
